About the Instructor :
"Memoo" is the nickname my son gave me years ago, and it stuck in the most delightful wayjust like my love for making French macarons. What started as a curiosity at a party quickly became a personal challenge, and after countless batches (and a few choice words along the way) Memoos Macs was born.
During the week, I dedicate my time to supporting high school students in special education. On weekends, you'll find me balancing sports, family, and the art of baking macarons. The kitchen is my happy placeespecially when Im baking with my children or guiding others through their own macaron journey.
Through my classes, I share not only step-by-step techniques, but also the real-life tips, tricks, and lessons Ive picked up along the way. Whether you're a beginner or just looking to perfect your skills, my goal is to help you feel confident, have fun, and fall in love with these delicate little cookies.
