• Introduction to New York-Style Dough Understanding ingredients and the science behind fermentation. The essential ingredients and their roles.

• Hands-On Dough Making Mixing, kneading, and prepping the dough for fermentation. Fermentation and proofing tips to develop flavor and elasticity.

• Shaping & Stretching Techniques Stretching and shaping the dough without tearing.

• Baking & Tasting Assemble and bake your pizzas with classic toppings.

• Learn how to achieve that signature crispy-yet-foldable crust in a home oven with expert tips for baking, including choosing the right tools.
