Anne Sophie Pic, a three Michelin-starred chef, has joined forces with Verdier Cutlery and the design agency C+B Lefebvre to create a line of kitchen utensils that meet specific needs in culinary preparation.

Aimed at the preparation and the dressing of dishes, the spatula-tools of the series have been studied in their camber and their flexibility to facilitate the handling of food and increase the precision of the Chefs hand.

Sized to reply to the Chefs habits and dexterity. Adapted to small pieces or cut pieces as foiegras, appetizers, scallops, petit-fours.
