Hand-Carved Walnut Vase in a Raw Bell Form

The White Walnut Bell Vase is hand-cut and carved from a single piece of walnut by artisans in Morocco. The bell form is wide at the mouth and grounded on a small flat base. The raw finish leaves the grain fully visible, the pale warm tone shifting across the surface as the grain moves through each piece.

On the Shelf

It holds a generous arrangement of dried botanicals, ready-made floral arrangements, or faux stems and works equally well as a sculptural accent when empty. The open mouth accommodates a loose, full arrangement without crowding the stems. For fresh flowers or plants, use a liner to protect the wood.

The Wood Behind It

Each vase is carved from smaller walnut branches salvaged from logging operations, the material sourced to keep the supply chain short. Each piece is shaped entirely by hand, the profile shifting slightly from one vase to the next. The wood deepens in tone over time as it is handled, the raw surface absorbing the oils of daily contact.
